The large, modern and fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a fridge with a zero-degree zone and freezer compartment.
The kitchen has a dining area with table and chairs.
The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet and WC.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
There is a checkroom and a shoe cupboard in the hallway of the apartment.
Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is possible by arrangement with the host for a fee of €5 per use.
There are washing lines in the laundry room for drying laundry.

A small dog lives in the house.
Unfortunately, it is not permitted to bring your own pets.
Parking is possible on the street in front of the house.
Kirchheim is bordered to the north by Pfaffengrund and Bahnstadt, to the northeast by Weststadt, to the east by Südstadt and Rohrbach, also districts of Heidelberg.
Very good streetcar and bus connections to Heidelberg city center, Neuenheimer Feld and Handschuhsheim.
The distance to the streetcar stop is 5 minutes. The streetcar runs every 10 minutes.
The Reginal train station can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes and offers good connections, e.g. to Wiesloch/Walldorf (SAP).
The A5 federal highway and the B3 and B 535 federal highways can be reached quickly from the Kirchheim district.
